We are a powerhouse of over 385 Black women state legislators across 43 states, united by a shared mission: to ensure that the voices of Black women are heard at every level of government. We are not just holding office; we are shaping policy. Our organization stands for legislative excellence, economic justice, and the protection of the Black family. We exist to equip leaders with the tools to govern effectively and create lasting change.
